Service Update: Case Management via ParentComms:Mobile

In a recent update to the ParentComms:Mobile app, the ability to monitor and update support cases via the app has been introduced. Nominated Contacts can now therefore use the app to keep track of any queries or issues on the move without having to find a PC to log into.

The ParentComms:Mobile app offers not just a convenient, cost-effective means to communicate with parents but also a wealth of other features and benefits when used in conjunction with other Atomwide services, such as:

OpenCheck – easily update parents if school has had to close

AutoText – efficiently send/receive messages via the app
