We are thrilled to announce the release of an update to the mySchool Issue Tracker, which is now available to schools using selected Atomwide supported services.
Via the Tracker, staff are able to follow the progress of support cases they have raised through to resolution.
The update brings a new easier to use website which has been enhanced with a number of requested improvements including Google & Microsoft authentication & task searching. Further updates will be coming soon, including a dashboard with useful info & stats.
