School Technician
About our service
Atomwide is able to supply schools with their own in-house technician to provide on-site expertise for ICT requirements. All of our technicians are fully trained, qualified and DBS checked and can be in your school at a time that suits you. All staff can log IT tasks via the mySchool Issue Tracker for technicians to complete when on-site. This means for an effective, efficient and timely on-site ICT support service. A free network health check is carried out once a school subscribes to the service.
Alternatively Atomwide are also able to support your own in-school technicians via our dedicated Service Desk and 2nd and 3rd line engineers. For more information please see below.
